Costume Designer/Technition
Codi Rasor is a Costume Designer and Technition for the modern dancer. Throughout their life, they have found solice in creating, from crochet, growing into sewing, to continuing their family traditions of applique beading, they never stop taking on new tasks and learning new skills.
Growing up in ballet, Codi has always been a confident person in any task they take on. They understand the inner workings of ballet and what makes a dancer, a dancer. They strive to make dancewear and costumes that make dancers feel beautiful and confident in their dancing.
Codi has a true passion for inclusivity and diversity in their designs.
My Message
My journey in Costume Design is focused in dance and creating costumes for the modern dancer in a classical ballet setting. I intend to focus on inclusiveness in dancewear and the inclusion of ALL individuals, regardless of skin color, physical, or psychological ability. Growing up with a disabled younger sibling has made me resilient and understanding of all types of learning and needs in an educational setting.
